OTUS Immobilienmanagement provides a full range of active real estate management, asset management, investment and advisory services to national and international investors.
The management team of OTUS consists of five members, all with many years of extensive experience in different areas of the commercial real estate industry. Philip Farrelly and Malachy Mitchell are also the managing directors of Farrelly & Mitchell, a Dublin based international consultancy and investment firm, which has property funds and clients in the Republic of Ireland, UK, Germany, Lithuania and the US.
